Responsibilities

Identify and evaluate potential sites for telecom infrastructure based on project specifications and location analytics.
Conduct site visits to verify feasibility and suitability of locations.
Negotiate lease terms and agreements with property owners to secure site access and use.
Coordinate the preparation, verification, and management of all required acquisition documents including property ownership papers and necessary approvals.
Collaborate closely with Engineering, Legal, and Project teams to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
Track and follow up on Essential NOCs and other governmental approvals required for site acquisition.
Maintain accurate and complete records of all site acquisition activities and communicate progress regularly to relevant stakeholders.
Ensure timely handover of acquired sites in alignment with project schedules and quality standards.
Manage travel and site inspections efficiently to optimize acquisition timelines.
Ensure adherence to safety and operational guidelines during all site acquisition engagements.
