Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Source and purchase materials, equipment, and services as per company requirements.
Obtain quotations and compare prices to ensure cost-effective purchasing.
Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules with vendors.
Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs).
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
Maintain procurement records, quotations, and vendor databases.
Coordinate with the warehouse and project teams regarding material requirements.
Monitor inventory levels and support procurement planning.
Resolve supplier-related issues and ensure quality standards are met.
Perform other procurement-related tasks assigned by the reporting manager.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
2–4 years of relevant purchasing/procurement experience.
Good knowledge of procurement processes and vendor management.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
Experience with ERP systems will be an added advantage.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
