Associated Technologies Private Limited is seeking a dedicated Civil Design Engineer with three to five years of experience to support our engineering projects through meticulous design and drafting expertise. This role requires preparing and reviewing civil engineering drawings and layouts that meet project and engineering standards. The ideal candidate will develop detailed site layouts, foundation drawings, and structural details while ensuring compliance with technical specifications and project requirements. Responsibilities also include preparing Bills of Quantities, quantity take-offs, and material estimates to support construction planning and execution. The role demands proficiency with AutoCAD and familiarity with Civil 3D and other design software, ensuring precision and innovation in design solutions. The Civil Design Engineer collaborates closely with project and site teams to verify and revise designs based on site conditions and project evolution. Although this position does not involve team management, it requires strong communication and problem-solving skills to resolve technical challenges and provide detailed technical reports and documentation. The engineer plays a vital role in verifying implementation accuracy during site visits and maintaining thorough documentation for all design activities. Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and possess a keen ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications to support project success.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities

Prepare and review civil engineering drawings and design layouts.
Develop site layouts, foundation drawings, and structural details.
Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs, and material estimates.
Read, interpret, and verify engineering drawings and technical specifications.
Coordinate with project and site teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
Conduct site visits when required to verify design requirements.
Revise drawings based on site conditions and project requirements.
Prepare technical reports and project documentation.
Ensure designs comply with engineering standards and project specifications.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
3–5 years of relevant experience in civil design and drafting.
Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory).
Experience with Civil 3D, ETABS, STAAD Pro, SAP2000, or similar design software will be an added advantage.
Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
Knowledge of BOQs, quantity estimation, and construction documentation.
Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office.
