The Associate Licensing Operations role plays a vital part in ensuring the efficient administration of licensing processes. This position involves screening applications, managing records, coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining clear communication with applicants. It requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, professionalism, and strict adherence to established procedures to support smooth and compliant licensing operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct preliminary screening of licensing applications according to approved criteria, assisting in the preparation of case files, evaluation reports, and supporting documentation.
- Record, compile, and distribute minutes and action points from evaluation committee meetings and internal coordination sessions.
- Maintain licensing databases, trackers, and both physical and electronic records, ensuring accuracy, traceability, and compliance with record management standards through proper filing, retrieval, and archiving.
- Draft routine correspondence and collaborate with internal stakeholders to collect necessary information for application evaluations.
- Support the implementation and continuous improvement of standard operating procedures (SOPs), templates, digital tools, and workflows.
- Provide general administrative and operational support, including performing additional duties as assigned within the scope of the role.

Required Qualifications:
- Relevant experience in operations, administration, compliance, licensing, regulatory affairs, or related support functions.
- Demonstrated ability to prepare professional correspondence, reports, and maintain structured documentation and records.
- Experience with data management, document control, and cross-functional coordination is advantageous.
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and committed to accuracy and quality in all assigned tasks.
- Strong organizational, teamwork, and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Urdu and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with productivity, document management, and workflow platforms such as SharePoint.
- Bachelor’s degree (16 years of education) in Business Administration, Finance, Commerce, Economics, or a related discipline from an HEC-recognized national or international university.
