The Associate Human Resource position is a full-time, onsite role located in DHA Phase 6, Karachi. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with six months to one year of experience in HR, although fresh graduates with relevant internships will also be considered. The role requires strong verbal and written communication skills, along with a high level of professionalism in managing confidential information. The successful candidate will support various HR functions to ensure efficient and effective human resource operations within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. Facilitate employee onboarding and orientation programs to help new hires integrate smoothly into the company. Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files with accuracy and confidentiality. Support payroll and attendance processes by coordinating employee information and necessary documentation. Respond promptly to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, leave, and other employment-related matters. Assist in organizing training and development programs aimed at enhancing employee skills and career growth. Coordinate employee engagement activities, events, and wellness initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture. Prepare HR reports, letters, employment verification documents, and other administrative correspondence as needed. Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices. Support performance management, employee relations, and disciplinary procedures when required. Perform additional HR and administrative duties as assigned by the HR Manager.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Six months to one year of experience in Human Resources or HR administration; fresh graduates with relevant internships are also encouraged to apply. Basic understanding of HR principles, employment laws, and best practices. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
