We are seeking a motivated Assistant Quantity Surveyor to support cost management, procurement documentation, and inventory control across our civil construction projects. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of construction documentation and demonstrate proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications. This role demands strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with multiple teams to ensure accurate and timely project documentation.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage Work Orders (WO) efficiently to support project workflows.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to prepare and process Purchase Orders (PO).
- Prepare and maintain Interim Payment Certificates (IPCs) to facilitate project billing.
- Maintain and update Project Inventory Sheets to accurately track materials and resources.
- Liaise with procurement, site, and accounts teams to ensure smooth handling of all project-related documentation.
- Assist with quantity take-offs, project cost tracking, and maintaining comprehensive documentation.
- Ensure timely submission and proper record-keeping of all project documents.
- Perform additional quantity surveying tasks as assigned by the Reporting Manager.

Required Qualifications
- Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) in Civil Technology.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD for interpreting and working with construction drawings.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for documentation and reporting purposes.
- Good documentation and record-keeping abilities to maintain project accuracy.
- Basic knowledge of construction drawings and quantity surveying principles.
- Strong communication and organizational skills to work effectively within a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying or a related field is preferred.
- Salary range between PKR 50,000 to 60,000 per month.
- This position requires in-person attendance at the work site, offering hands-on experience in a dynamic civil construction environment.
