Key Responsibilities
- Organize and present previous papers and references relevant to ongoing cases.
- Open new files and maintain detailed records of file movements.
- Keep accurate notes of all important orders and decisions related to cases.
- Record, index, and weed files as necessary to maintain an orderly filing system.
- Monitor the application of priority or security labels on files and promptly notify the officer when these labels can be removed.
- Perform various clerical duties including casual typing, maintaining diary registers, preparing statements, and issuing routine reminders.
