Responsibilities

Troubleshoot network issues promptly by analyzing logs, identifying root causes, and applying appropriate fixes.
Assist in configuring and assigning IP addresses and managing subnetting schemes to optimize network efficiency.
Apply network security measures by supporting firewall rules management, intrusion detection, and vulnerability assessments.
Maintain updated network diagrams, documentation, and configuration records for compliance and operational purposes.
Collaborate with IT teams to plan, test, and implement network upgrades or new technologies.
Support backup and recovery procedures to prevent data loss and ensure service continuity.
Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of network hardware and software components.
Conduct routine performance monitoring and report on network health to senior administrators.
