Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervised a team of 40 service engineers across Punjab, ICT, and KPK regions.
  • Maintain strong client relationships by ensuring excellent communication and a customer-centric approach.
  • Deliver professional, high-quality service to clients, upholding the company’s reputation for excellence.
  • Manage and achieve workshop targets in terms of service value and operational efficiency.
  • Provide support in presales meetings and assist with the development of new solutions.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelors or Master's degree in Electronics, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
  •  3-5 years of relevant experience in service management, preferably within the ATM or banking equipment industry.
  • Strong knowledge of ATM hardware, software, main parts, sub-parts, installation, and troubleshooting.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Open-minded and eager to learn new techniques and technologies within the fintech industry.
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
