Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough market research and cost analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and new supplier options.
  • Oversee the inventory management system to track stock levels, forecast demand, and minimize excess inventory.

  • Implement purchase automation tools and processes to increase efficiency and reduce manual errors.

  • Monitor supplier performance and resolve any issues related to delays, quality, or contractual compliance.
  • Prepare reports on purchasing metrics, budget usage, and supplier evaluations for senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards related to procurement and vendor contracts.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and innovations to improve purchasing strategies and maintain competitive advantage.
