Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment: assist in sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates.

2. Employee relations: resolve conflicts, and maintain a positive work environment.

3. Performance management: monitor performance, and provide feedback.

4. Compliance: ensure adherence to labor laws, and regulations.

5. Policy development and implementation.

6. Office management: maintain supplies, and equipment.

7. Travel arrangements: book flights, and accommodations.

8. Event planning: coordinate meetings, and training sessions.

9. Record-keeping: maintain employee files, and documents.

10. Communication: handle correspondence, and phone calls.

Additional Responsibilities:

1. Payroll processing.

2. Benefits administration.

3. Employee engagement initiatives.

4. Training and development programs.

5. HR metrics and analytics.

Leadership:

1. Supervise HR and admin staff.

2. Delegate tasks and responsibilities.

3. Develop and implement process improvements.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.

2. 5-8 years of HR and admin experience.

3. Strong knowledge of HR principles, and laws.

4. Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.

5. Proficient in HR software.

Desirable Skills:

1. Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).

2. Experience with performance management systems.

3. Familiarity with employment law.

4. Analytical and problem-solving skills.

5. Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Physical Requirements:

1. Work in an office environment.

2. Sit for extended periods.

3. Occasional travel.

Working Hours:

1. Standard business hours (8:30 AM - 5:30 PM).

2. Extra work may be required.

Salary Range: (dependent on experience and qualification)
