- Managing end-to-end Admission & Discharge processes and related operations related to all institutional patients
- Making an efficient and robust system to process the approvals/ pre-authorizations of all panel patients in a timely and seamless manner (both elective & ER admissions)
- Managing and timely identifying, communicating, and processing treatment extensions & enhancements for the patients
- Coordination with all panels/ institutions for timely approval and maintaining evidential documentation of the treatment/ referral
- Managing IP billing function by undertaking billing and invoicing for all panel companies in compliance with the set KPIs
- Undertaking recoveries against the final bills and maintaining necessary documentation and reporting
- Ongoing system automation for enhancing patient experience
- Any task which is deemed necessary to manage and operate the functional areas at an optimal level
