• To make the arrangements of interviews (including call upon, texting, time scheduling & communication with the interviewers/panel).
  • To make arrangements of employee orientation.
  • Routine coordination of HR activities.
  • To get the references/verifications of the credentials/claims provided by the candidates.
  • Maintaining and regularly updating the master database ( Personal file, Personal database etc) of each employee.
  • Maintaining Employee record in soft and hard form.
  • Timely processing of monthly payroll.
  • To maintain the secrecy of the firms all information.
  • To abide by the general course od discipline as per the existing policies.
