We are looking for an experienced Assistant General Manager to perform daily factory operations of our company, ensure the company policies and procedures to achieve company goals and targets, Assist General Manager to perform leading role in the progress and growth of company.

Responsibilities

  • To assist the GM to run smoothly HR/Admin department processes and driving people  management strategies and overseeing the work structure.
  • Assist GM to execute HR strategy and core areas of HR department including  Recruitment, Employee Engagement, Administration & Governance, Payroll Management, Rewards & Awards, Punishment and Correction and maintaining HR system as well as improving current policies with market best and result oriented practices.
  • To Assist GM to handle legal matter and take legal and administrative action upon company rules & policy violation.
  • To prepare Key Performance Indicator (KPI’s) and plan the appraisals, promotions and downgrading as per annual KPI’s results, also assist the consoling process with underperformed employees, also play active part in the training and coaching sessions of employee performance boosting programs.
  • Responsible and assist to prepare and update HR policies and procedures as per management instruction for reviews.
  • Maintain complete HR filing including all on boarded employee, new employee and potential candidate record for future.
  • Take in charge and responsible for all utilities and fleet management including periodic checks and servicing.
  • Assist GM in process improvement and new initiatives as per instruction by CEO/MD.
  • Complete responsible for security check & balance including safety health and environment maintenance with international auditor compliance.
  • Control misuse of office property by staff.
  • To perform and execute repair and building and fixtures maintenance work from complaint to job finish.
  • Supervises drivers, office boys, riders, telephone operator, sweeper etc. and ensure 100% effective and efficient utilization.
  • Take care of guests and visitors as per company standards.
