This role provides essential administrative and data management support to the Project Director and Specialists to ensure the smooth implementation of project activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records using ICT tools, preparing correspondence, managing documents, and performing various clerical duties. This position plays a key role in facilitating effective project execution by handling data entry, document processing, and supporting overall office operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Project Director and Specialists in executing project activities and maintain all relevant project records electronically using ICT tools.
- Draft notes, letters, and files, and manage these records in an organized electronic format.
- Perform all typing and document preparation tasks using a laptop or computer.
- Prepare drafts and handle all types of correspondence, including noting and documentation duties.
- Enter text-based and numerical data from source documents within established deadlines.
- Compile, verify, and sort information by priority to prepare source data for computer entry.
- Review data for errors or inconsistencies, correct issues when possible, and verify the accuracy of outputs.
- Conduct research to obtain additional information for incomplete or unclear documents.
- Apply data processing techniques and procedures efficiently to ensure data integrity.
- Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and regularly perform backup operations.
- Scan documents and print files as required to support project needs.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive and proprietary information at all times.
- Respond promptly to queries for information and provide access to relevant files as needed.
- Adhere strictly to data integrity and security policies throughout all tasks.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of office equipment, reporting and addressing any malfunctions promptly.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by higher authorities to support project goals.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology (BA IT) or Bachelor of Computer Science (BCS).
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar administrative or data management role.
- Open domicile quota eligibility.
- Willingness to work at the project location in Sharda Neelum, Azad Jammu & Kashmir.
- Ability to work efficiently in Islamabad’s test city when required.
