Graphic Designer

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong eye for design and a passion for creating compelling visuals that align with client objectives and the Company's brand identity. This role will require collaboration with the marketing and development teams to deliver high-quality graphics for a variety of digital and print mediums.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design and Visual Content Creation:
- Design and produce high-quality digital and print graphics, including logos, banners, social media content, advertisements, and website assets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create designs that effectively communicate brand messages.
Client Collaboration:
- Work directly with clients to understand their vision and deliver tailored graphic solutions.
- Present design concepts and incorporate client feedback to refine and finalize designs.
Brand Consistency and Innovation:
- Ensure all designs align with the Company’s and clients’ brand guidelines.
- Stay updated on design trends and tools to continuously innovate and improve design output.
Time and Project Management:
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.
Tool Proficiency and Maintenance:
- Utilize industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Maintain and organize the Company’s digital assets, ensuring accessibility and security.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects.
Proficiency in design software and tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration.
Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving abilities.
