Financial advisor

Askari Takaful is seeking a dedicated Financial Advisor to join our team and provide expert financial guidance to our clients. This role involves assessing clients' financial needs, developing personalized financial plans, and helping them achieve their financial goals. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills and at least one year of experience in financial planning or a related field. In this position, you will also lead and manage a team of 10 persons to drive client success and business growth. As a Financial Advisor at Askari Takaful, you will be responsible for delivering in-depth financial advice, analyzing investment options, and monitoring client portfolios to ensure alignment with their risk tolerance and long-term objectives. You will collaborate closely with your team to develop strategies, achieve targets, and maintain high levels of client satisfaction. Responsibilities

Assess clients financial situations by gathering relevant information to create tailored financial plans.
Advise clients on investment opportunities, retirement planning, insurance options, and tax strategies aligned with their goals.
Monitor client portfolios continuously and recommend adjustments based on changing market conditions and client circumstances.
Lead and manage a team of 10 financial professionals, providing guidance and support to optimize performance and achieve business objectives.
Develop and execute strategic plans to expand client base and increase Askari Takafuls market presence.
Ensure compliance with all applicable financial regulations, policies, and ethical standards.
Conduct regular training sessions and workshops for the team to enhance their financial knowledge and advisory skills.
Maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication, consistent follow-up, and excellent service delivery.
Collaborate with internal departments to streamline processes and improve overall client experience.
Prepare detailed reports on financial plans, team performance, and client outcomes for senior management.
