Responsibilities

Support recruitment activities including job posting, candidate screening, and coordination of interviews.
Assist in the onboarding process by preparing documentation, scheduling orientation sessions, and guiding new employees through company policies.
Maintain and update employee records accurately using HR Information Systems and onboarding software.
Facilitate communication between HR and new hires to ensure a positive onboarding experience.
Support the management of a small HR team by coordinating tasks and monitoring team progress.
Prepare reports and documentation related to recruitment and employee management activities.
Assist in organizing training sessions and employee engagement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with company policies and assist with updating HR guidelines under supervision.
Collaborate with various departments to address employee concerns and improve HR service delivery.
Participate in HR projects and contribute ideas to enhance HR processes and efficiency.
