Askari Family Takaful seeks a dedicated and proactive Intern in HR & Management to support and enhance human resources functions and team management. The role involves working closely with the HR department and managing a team of 6 individuals to ensure efficient onboarding, recruitment coordination, and employee relations. The ideal candidate demonstrates advanced sourcing skills, strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, and proficiency in Boolean search techniques. Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring smooth integration into the company culture.
Assist in recruitment coordination by scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates efficiently.
Lead and manage a team of 6 interns or junior personnel, providing guidance, motivation, and support to achieve departmental goals.
Conduct market research and data gathering to support HR decision-making and workforce planning.
Utilize advanced sourcing skills and Boolean search techniques to identify and attract potential talent.
Support employee relations activities by addressing concerns and facilitating positive workplace interactions.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to understand workforce needs related to business growth and development.
Manage time effectively to handle multiple HR responsibilities and meet deadlines consistently.
Assist in preparing reports and documentation related to recruitment and employee management processes.
Participate in the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
