Branch Manager

Askari Family Takaful is seeking a skilled Branch Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of our branch. This role requires a dynamic individual with strong leadership abilities to manage a team of two persons, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. The Branch Manager will take charge of driving business objectives, maintaining excellent customer relationships, and managing financial aspects to support the companys goals. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in branch management or a related field and possess sound knowledge of financial management and performance analysis. This position demands a proactive approach to optimize branch performance, monitor financial activities, and implement strategies that enhance overall productivity and customer engagement at the branch level.
Responsibilities

Lead and manage the branch team of two to achieve operational goals and maintain smooth daily functions.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
Oversee and manage all financial activities including budgeting, expense control, and financial reporting for the branch.
Conduct performance analysis of the branch operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements relevant to branch operations.
Set performance targets for the team and monitor progress consistently to meet company objectives.
Coordinate with other departments to align branch goals with overall company strategies.
Prepare regular reports on branch performance and present insights to senior management.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain a positive company image.
Implement initiatives to drive business growth and market presence in the assigned region.
