Branch Manager

Askari Family Takaful is seeking a proactive and diligent Branch Manager to oversee the daily operations and strategic growth of our branch. The ideal candidate will bring at least two years of professional experience, demonstrating strong capabilities in team leadership, customer relationship management, and sales strategy. This role involves guiding a team of two individuals to achieve operational excellence, financial targets, and enhanced customer satisfaction. The Branch Manager is responsible for maintaining smooth branch operations, fostering business development, and implementing effective financial management practices within the branch. In this role, the Branch Manager will plan and execute operational strategies that align with the companys goals. They will oversee team performance, encourage professional development, and manage customer interactions to build long-lasting relationships. The manager will also analyze financial data and operational metrics to inform decision-making and improve service delivery. This position demands strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and an ability to drive business growth while maintaining high-quality standards and compliance.
Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of two staff members, promoting a collaborative and productive work environment.
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed branch revenue goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance customer retention and satisfaction.
Plan, organize, and coordinate daily branch operations ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies.
Monitor financial performance and operational metrics to maintain branch profitability and identify improvement opportunities.
Drive business development initiatives to expand the branchs client base and market presence.
Provide coaching and professional development opportunities for team members to promote skill growth and performance improvement.
Ensure adherence to regulatory and company guidelines in all branch activities.
Coordinate with other departments to streamline service delivery and resolve operational challenges.
Prepare reports on branch performance and present findings and recommendations to senior management.
