Askari Life Assurance is looking for a Customer Service Representative for Rawalpindi / Islamabad Branch with excellent communication skills for our Insurance / Takaful. Its a pure Salary base Role

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating with Customers, regarding office hours, appointments and location changes etc.
  • Gathering details of Financial Services.
  • Manage customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and ensure resolution.
  • Identify client needs, and respond in a professional, efficient, and courteous manner.
  • Solve queries of Customers regarding their Financial Need

Requirements:

  • Minimum bachelor in any domain
  • 2 to 3 years hands-on experience of customer support
  • Fluent com skills
  • Calm Behaviors
  • Pressure Handling
  • Calling Experience
