Responsibilities

Support the Branch Manager in overseeing all daily branch operations to ensure smooth functioning and operational efficiency.
Manage and lead a team of 2 employees, providing guidance, motivation, and performance feedback to achieve set targets.
Implement and execute effective sales strategies in alignment with company goals to drive business growth and increase market share.
Maintain and build strong relationships with customers to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
