Assistant Branch Manager

Responsibilities

Support the Branch Manager in overseeing daily branch operations to achieve business goals.
Lead and manage a team of 3 persons, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed branch targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and retention.
Monitor and analyze branch performance metrics and suggest improvements to optimize results.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements within the branch.
Coordinate branch activities, including sales campaigns, promotions, and customer outreach programs.
Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally to uphold the companys reputation.
Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve service delivery.
Prepare and present regular reports on branch operations and sales performance to senior management.
