Assistant Branch Manager

Askari Family Takaful is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Branch Manager to support branch operations and enhance overall performance. The role involves managing a team of three staff members and ensuring excellent customer service while driving business growth. The ideal candidate has strong experience in sales, customer relationship management, and risk mitigation within the financial services sector. The Assistant Branch Manager is responsible for assisting the Branch Manager in daily activities, maintaining operational standards, and contributing to financial reporting and analysis. This position requires a practical leader who monitors team performance and fosters a productive work environment. The Assistant Branch Manager plays a crucial role in implementing business development strategies to expand the branchs client base. This role demands clear communication skills and the ability to handle financial and operational risks efficiently. With at least one year of relevant experience, the successful candidate will support the branch in achieving its sales targets and maintaining compliance with company policies and regulations.
Responsibilities

Support the Branch Manager in the planning and execution of daily branch operations.
Supervise and lead a team of three members to meet branch goals and ensure smooth workflow.
Build and nurture strong customer relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Drive sales and business development initiatives to increase the branchs market share and revenue.
Monitor team performance regularly and provide feedback, coaching, and training to maximize productivity.
Prepare and analyze financial reports to track branch performance and identify improvement areas.
Identify and manage potential risks related to financial transactions and operational processes.
Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and internal controls.
Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery.
Contribute to the recruitment, onboarding, and development of branch staff as needed.
Implement strategies to increase operational efficiency and customer retention.
Assist in budget preparation and monitor branch expenses to maintain cost control.
