Sr. Manager Talent Acquisition

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Manager/ Manager Talent Acquisition to join our team. This role will oversee our recruitment strategy, ensuring we attract and retain top talent in line with our business goals and company culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract high-quality candidates across all departments.
Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and align recruitment strategies with business goals.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Oversee the use of talent acquisition platforms and tools for efficient hiring.
Lead and mentor a team of recruiters to achieve departmental and organizational hiring objectives.
Ensure a strong focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) in all recruitment efforts.
Track and analyze hiring metrics to optimize recruitment practices and report on hiring progress.
