Manage and maintain financial records, including ledgers, receipts, invoices, and expense reports.
Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
Prepare financial statements, reports, and balance sheets in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Conduct bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
Handle payroll processing and ensure compliance with tax and labor regulations.
Prepare and file tax returns and other compliance-related documentation.
Support external audits by providing necessary financial data and reports.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in accounting or a similar role.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
