Familiarity with PE-coated paper materials is essential in this position. The operator will lead a small team of two persons, overseeing their activities to ensure efficient production processes and compliance with safety standards. This position requires the ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a flexible approach to working in shifts and readiness to relocate to Saudi Arabia. Responsibilities

Operate and monitor fully automatic paper cup forming machines with precision and attention to detail.
Perform machine setup and mold changing according to production specifications.
Conduct routine mechanical troubleshooting to identify and resolve machine faults quickly.
Implement quality control procedures to inspect paper cups for defects and ensure compliance with quality standards.
Carry out preventive maintenance activities on machines to minimize breakdowns and maintain optimal performance.
Supervise and guide a team of two operators, ensuring adherence to production schedules and safety regulations.
Handle raw materials such as PE-coated paper and other components as per material handling guidelines.
Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to confirm correct machine configurations and production outputs.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area following factory safety compliance protocols.
Collaborate with the production team to optimize manufacturing processes and improve efficiency.
Adapt to work shift requirements and demonstrate flexibility in working hours as needed.
Prepare and maintain production reports and document machine maintenance activities.
Relocate to Saudi Arabia as required by the company and perform job functions onsite with full reliability.
