Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing/Production Manager to lead our kitchen and wardrobe production operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the manufacturing process, ensuring high-quality production, managing staff, and optimizing operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Production Oversight:

Manage and coordinate all aspects of the manufacturing process for kitchens and wardrobes, including planning, scheduling, and workflow management.

Team Leadership:

Supervise, train, and mentor production staff. Foster a collaborative and efficient work environment.

Quality Control:

Implement and maintain quality control standards to ensure that products meet design specifications and industry standards.

Process Optimization:

Identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity, reduce waste, and enhance overall manufacturing efficiency.

Resource Management:

Oversee inventory levels, procurement of materials, and maintenance of equipment to ensure smooth production operations.

Safety Compliance:

Ensure adherence to safety regulations and best practices to maintain a safe working environment.

Budget Management:

Monitor production costs and budgets, making adjustments as necessary to meet financial targets.

Reporting:

Prepare and present regular production reports, including performance metrics, project status, and any issues or concerns.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in manufacturing or production management, specifically in the kitchen and wardrobe OR related industry.
Strong understanding of production processes, materials, and quality standards.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Proficiency in production management software and tools.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Additional Requirements:

Knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards.
Ability to adapt to changing production demands and handle multiple priorities.
