- Install and configure Temenos T24 Software, Ensuring compatibility with existing systems.
- Collaborate with technical and infrastructure teams to set up the required hardware and software environment
- Perform day to day administration tasks and system monitoring
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement.
- Optimize configurations and settings to enhance processes in the T24.
- Execute and oversee daily close of business processes in the T24 core banking system.
- Ensure that all close of business activities adhere to regulatory and internal compliance standards.

Commenced its operations in September, 2008. Microfinance sector in Pakistan has demonstrated a robust growth over the last decade; however, it has still a long way to lead. The sector was initially dominated by the government sponsored rural support programs and NGOs who were working for social development and providing microcredit services.
