Manage the day-to-day operations of the IT infrastructure (servers, storage, network, and data centre), ensuring high availability, reliability, and performance.
Oversee cloud and on premise architecture, ensuring scalability and efficient use of resources.
Implement and maintain robust disaster recovery (DR) and business continuity plans.
Lead and mentor IT operations staff, including system administrators, network engineers, and helpdesk technicians.
Ensure high-quality support services for internal users, managing incident and problem resolution processes.
Maintain SLAs for critical business applications like T24, FCM, and other core systems, ensuring minimal downtime.
Handle escalations related to IT services and operations.
Manage relationships with third-party vendors for IT infrastructure, cloud services, security, and network services.
Collaborate with other departments to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
Evaluate and negotiate contracts with hardware, software, and service providers.
