We are seeking a knowledgeable, passionate, and inspiring Montessori & Nursery Teacher to join our Early Years team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a warm, engaging, and child-centred classroom where young learners can develop academically, socially, emotionally, and spiritually. We are looking for an educator who is enthusiastic about early childhood education and committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of children.

Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons using Montessori and early years teaching approaches.
Create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing classroom environment that promotes curiosity and independent learning.
Foster children's cognitive, social, emotional, language, and physical development through tailored learning experiences.
Observe, assess, and maintain accurate records of students' progress and development to support individual learning needs.
Develop creative learning activities that encourage exploration, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
Build positive relationships with parents and provide regular, constructive feedback on students' progress and development.
Collaborate with colleagues to support the school's vision, values, and overall educational objectives.
Maintain a well-organized, welcoming, and conducive classroom environment that supports effective learning.
