Artistic Buildtech seeks a talented 3D Visualizer to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate possesses strong expertise in 2D drafting and advanced 3D rendering techniques to produce accurate, high-quality visual designs that meet project specifications. This role demands working independently from home while maintaining consistent communication and responsiveness through scheduled calls.
The 3D Visualizer collaborates closely with project stakeholders to translate architectural and design concepts into detailed, visually compelling 3D models and renderings. Attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to meet deadlines are crucial. Familiarity with design software such as Autodesk 3ds Max, SketchUp, and V-Ray Rendering ensures the delivery of superior visual content that supports project success.
Responsibilities
- Create detailed 2D drafts and high-level 3D renderings that accurately represent design concepts and project requirements.
- Develop photorealistic architectural visualizations using industry-standard software including Autodesk 3ds Max, SketchUp, and V-Ray.
- Edit and enhance post-production visuals to achieve high-quality final presentations.
- Work independently and efficiently from home while managing time to meet all project deadlines.
- Communicate proactively and clearly with the project team through calls to ensure alignment on project goals and updates.
- Review and revise 3D models and renderings based on feedback from stakeholders to refine visual outputs.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of 3D visualization techniques and software enhancements to continuously improve output quality.
- Organize and manage digital project files to ensure easy access and version control.
- Ensure all designs comply with company standards and client specifications to uphold quality and consistency.
