Business Development Officer

We're looking for a talented Business Development Officer to identify and pursue new business opportunities, build strong relationships with clients, and contribute to the growth and success of our agency.

Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure client retention and upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activity.
Collaborate with the creative, media, and account management teams to develop and deliver persuasive proposals and pitches.
Meet or exceed revenue targets through a combination of new business acquisition and existing client growth.

Requirements:

Proven track record of success in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Nice to Have:

Experience in the advertising industry.
Knowledge of marketing and advertising trends.
Familiarity with sales tools.
