We are looking for a motivated, results-driven individual to identify, bid on, and close web development and animation projects on platforms like Upwork and Freelancer. You will play a crucial role in acquiring business that aligns with our services, acting as the main point of contact for potential clients throughout the bidding and negotiation process.

Responsibilities

Research and identify relevant design and animation projects on Upwork, Freelancer, and other platforms.
Write tailored proposals that showcase Arqi Digital’s unique offerings.
Engage with potential clients to understand project requirements and offer suitable solutions.
Negotiate pricing and terms to successfully close deals.
Track all proposal submissions and follow up with clients to secure projects.
Provide regular updates on bid status, client communications, and lead opportunities to the team.

Qualifications

Proven experience with bidding on platforms like Upwork and Freelancer, with a record of closed deals.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Effective negotiation skills and the ability to influence client decisions.
Ability to align client requirements with Arqi Digital’s design and animation services.
Familiarity with the design and animation industry.

Shift: 7 PM - 4 AM
