This is a full-time on-site role as an Outdoor Sales Executive. The Outdoor Sales Executive will be responsible for acquiring new clients, building relationships with existing clients, and promoting our range of digital marketing services to prospective clients. The day-to-day tasks will include prospecting, cold calling, conducting client meetings, preparing sales pitches, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets.

Main Job Responsibilities

Develop and improve an efficient sales process, which survives the test of scalability.
Pursue leads, have meetings and close sales with daily and weekly target milestones.
Collaborate and work closely with multiple functions such as marketing to identify the right target segments, set and achieve milestones and address the concerns and problems of all our clients.
Document, collate and analyze all feedback received from clients and communicate accordingly to the leadership team.
Efficiently manage the sales cycle by setting daily and weekly priorities and ensuring achievement vs. attached targets.

Qualifications

Strong sales and negotiation skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
Knowledge of digital marketing trends and strategies
Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
Sales experience in pharmacutical industry is a plus.
