Customer Sales Representative - Trucking Dispatch

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Customer Sales Representative to join our Trucking Dispatch team. The role involves handling sales inquiries, building and maintaining client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound sales calls related to trucking dispatch services. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable dispatch solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business. Provide accurate information about services, pricing, and delivery schedules. Work closely with the dispatch team to coordinate and ensure timely deliveries. Resolve customer issues or complaints in a professional and efficient manner. Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

Qualifications:

Experience: Experienced candidates will be preferred, but fresh candidates are also encouraged to apply.
Location: Must be a resident of Bahawalpur.
Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills, ability to work under pressure, and customer-focused attitude.
