Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the publishing team to design and format book covers and interior layouts.
Review and refine book graphics and layouts to ensure high standards are maintained.
Ensure all design work aligns with the branding and visual style of each book.
Work closely with the editorial team to ensure visual elements complement the text.
Design graphics using software such as Adobe Creative Suite, and occasionally work on graphic content for Microsoft Word when necessary.
Continuously improve design processes to enhance the quality of our outputs.

Requirements:

Undergraduate degree or relevant qualification in Graphic Design.
Minimum of 2 years of industry experience.
Proven experience in book publishing, cover design, and formatting.
Proficiency in graphic design tools like Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and Microsoft Word.
Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
Reliable computer and internet connection to work remotely.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
