Investment Advisor - Commercial Project

We are seeking an experienced investment advisor to join our team and contribute to our growing portfolio of commercial projects. The investment advisor will play a pivotal role in providing strategic financial advice and guidance to support our development initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Analyze market trends and investment opportunities in the commercial real estate sector.
Evaluate potential projects and conduct comprehensive financial analyses.
Develop investment strategies tailored to meet project objectives and investor requirements.
Provide recommendations on capital structuring and financing options.
Collaborate with internal teams to assess project feasibility and risk management.
Build and maintain relationships with investors, financial institutions, and other stakeholders.
Monitor project performance and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Investment Advisor in the commercial real estate industry.
Proven track record of successfully managing investment portfolios and delivering financial results.
Strong understanding of financial principles, market dynamics, and investment strategies.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field (preferred but not required).
