Supply Chain Officer

Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in supply chain and inventory management, demonstrating a thorough understanding of vendor management, procurement processes, and logistics management within a dynamic business environment.
Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage procurement activities to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing of materials and services.
Monitor and control inventory levels to maintain optimal stock and prevent shortages or excesses.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors to negotiate favorable terms and ensure reliable supply chains.
Implement and utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to track inventory movements and improve warehouse efficiency.
Oversee logistics management including shipment scheduling, transportation coordination, and delivery tracking.
Conduct regular inventory audits and reports to analyze stock trends, identify discrepancies, and recommend corrective actions.
Collaborate with internal teams such as production, finance, and sales to align supply chain activities with organizational goals.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements related to procurement and inventory management.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings within supply chain operations.
Maintain accurate documentation and records related to inventory, vendor contracts, and procurement transactions.
