Project Manager

ARAR Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead operations and projects within the solid waste management sector. This role demands a professional with a strong background in project planning, risk management, and compliance oversight, boasting 5 to 7 years of relevant experience. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing a large team of 200 persons, ensuring that projects are executed efficiently, within budget, and aligned with strategic objectives. This position requires expertise in stakeholder communication, scope management, and continuous monitoring of key performance indicators to drive successful project outcomes. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Project Management, Operations Management, Engineering, or an equivalent discipline. They demonstrate proficiency in managing complex change processes and impact analyses to maintain compliance and achieve operational excellence. The Project Manager will orchestrate cross-functional coordination and resource allocation to meet project milestones while mitigating risks and adapting plans to dynamic operational environments.
Responsibilities

To be responsible for the overall planning, execution, supervision, and performance management of solid waste management services in Tehsil Kharian.
To act as the focal person for coordination with the Local Administration, GWMC Officials, Suthra Punjab Agency/Authority Officials, and any other relevant stakeholders.
To ensure full compliance with contractual obligations, achievement of KPIs, effective utilization of resources, and delivery of sanitation services in accordance with Contract terms.
To ensure 100% deployment of approved human resources, machinery, and operational infrastructure in accordance with contractual requirements.
To maintain overall operational performance at or above 95% in line with contractual benchmarks, including Suthra Punjab Portal and PED reports.
To closely liaise with the Compliance Department to ensure the timely achievement of KPIs and support services.
Daily reporting, monitoring and analyzing defined key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of operations, implementing corrective actions as needed to achieve 100% compliance and avoid the penalty mechanism defined by client.
Any other task as assigned by the Management.
