Manager Monitoring

The Manager Monitoring at ARAR Group oversees and directs the continuous performance and operational monitoring activities to enhance efficiency and ensure compliance with organizational standards. This position is responsible for leading a team of five individuals and managing the monitoring systems that track vehicle operations, performance metrics, and incident occurrences. The role requires a professional with a strong background in engineering or management sciences, holding a master's degree and having at least four years of relevant post-qualification experience. The manager leverages advanced data analysis and root cause evaluation techniques to identify operational bottlenecks and implement timely corrective measures. In this role, the Manager Monitoring establishes comprehensive reporting frameworks and utilizes dashboards for real-time performance data visualization. They drive incident management processes, ensuring that all events are thoroughly investigated, resolved, and documented. Managing GPS tracking systems forms an integral part of the position, providing oversight on vehicle logistics and ensuring optimal utilization. The manager coordinates cross-functional activities that support continuous improvement initiatives and maintains rigorous standards to uphold safety and operational excellence across the organization's transportation and monitoring operations.
Responsibilities

Ensure the best operations management practices in project.
Responsible to coordinate with the department in day to day affairs.
Responsible to share the reports with the ICP.
Responsible to coordinate with the field staff regarding the operation matters.
Address and evaluate any critical situation regarding the operations at any site of the project.
Responsible to get the monthly reports according to the deliverables of contract from the field staff.
Shall be responsible to maintain all the record of letters, reports and correspondence.
Responsible to prepare the movement plan of Vehicles.
Oversee the implementation of planned activities in accordance with the schedule and resource load.
Training of field management staff and Hospital Staff.
Planned visits of all the sites on monthly basis to evaluate the implementation of hospital waste management standardized practices and report submissions.
Online monitoring of all the sites and immediate remedy of any bottleneck in the execution of operations.
Plug the gaps if any in timely execution of the projects.
To supervise regular data collection through implementing partners and ensures quality of the data by random verifications and validations.
To record, manage and preserve monitoring and evaluation data in a safe and accessible way.
Ensure the compilation of all kind of reports on time for onward submission to the top management and customers.
To analyze and discuss findings based on regular monitoring data.
Provide technical support on M&E and evidence-based recommendations to the top management.
Ensure that implementation of field activities and adheres to company monitoring and evaluation system.
Support partners in conducting baseline surveys and KAP (Knowledge, attitude and practices) surveys.
Participate actively in program planning process.
Support team in developing the monthly and six monthly organizational reports.
