Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating communication with candidates.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires by preparing orientation materials and ensuring all documentation is complete and compliant.
- Maintain and update employee records accurately in the Human Resource Information System to ensure data integrity.
- Contribute to the administration of compensation and benefits programs, including payroll support and benefits enrollment.
- Participate in HR projects that aim to improve talent acquisition strategies and employee retention.
- Collaborate with HR team members to ensure timely completion of HR policies and procedures documentation.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and training sessions to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Ensure compliance with legal and company regulations in all HR-related activities.
- Prepare HR reports and perform analysis to support strategic decision-making within the HR department.
