Oversee daily waste collection, transportation, and disposal operations to ensure efficiency and regulatory compliance.
Supervise and coordinate field staff, including Supervisors, drivers, and waste collection teams, ensuring smooth operations.
Collaborate with the GIS expert to monitor and implement the waste collection and transportation plan to track performance on consistent basis.
Monitor team performance, providing feedback to enhance productivity and adherence to safety protocols.
Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations, supporting the implementation of safety procedures.
Collaborate with the maintenance team to manage the use, servicing, and repair of operational equipment and vehicles.
Prepare operational reports, including daily KPIs, incident reports, and progress updates.
Support in managing operational budgets, monitoring expenses, and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
Assist in managing responses to operational emergencies, ensuring minimal service disruption.
Identify and propose solutions for operational inefficiencies, implementing process improvements.
Handle client relationships and manage complaints effectively to maintain service quality and customer satisfaction.
Compile statistics, maintain records, and generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Track and evaluate defined key performance indicators (KPIs) for operations, ensuring that targets are 100% met and providing support for adjustments to improve performance and efficiency.
Any other assignment given by the Management.
