• Review and process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports in accordance with project and organizational policies.
  • Implement and enforce financial policies and procedures to maintain financial integrity.
  • Oversee cash flow management, including forecasting and monitoring cash requirements for the project.
  • Analyze budgetary variances and provide recommendations for cost control and financial efficiency.
  • Support the development of financial models and scenarios to aid in decision-making.
  •  Prepare and review financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial information to stakeholders and project management.
  • Coordinate with auditors and facilitate financial audits as required.
  • Monitor and control project expenses to ensure alignment with the budget and financial objectives.
  • Ensure timely processing of payments and manage accounts receivable and payable.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and project-specific requirements.
  • Identify financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Assist in the implementation of internal controls and financial procedures to safeguard project assets.
  • Conduct financial analysis to support project planning and operational decisions.
  •  Provide insights and recommendations based on financial data to optimize project outcomes.
  • Work closely with project managers and other departments to provide financial support and guidance.
  • Participate in project meetings and contribute to financial discussions and strategy development.
  • Evaluate financial performance, trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by Line Manager.
