Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage the schedules of truck drivers.
- Ensure products and goods are picked up and delivered in a timely manner.
- Receive calls for truck services and contact their fleet of truck drivers to arrange the pickups and deliveries.
- Execution of all transportation related tasks including client estimates, production of bills of lading, scheduling, dispatch of art handlers, and cultivation of client relationships.
- Take appropriate action if any issue arise.
- Maintain accurate records of routes, schedules, and communication with drivers.
Requirements:
- Must have Good English Communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Having experience in truck dispatching or a related field is preferred.
- Have the knowledge of transportation management systems and GPS tracking tools.
