One of our clints is looking up for the position of Receptionist at Global Resources Institute.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors with a friendly and professional demeanour.
- Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as needed.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Schedule appoinments and maintain calendars for staff and administrators.
- Assist with the organization and coordination of events,meetings,and activities.
- Maintain accurate records of visitors and appoinments.
