Screening email communication, responding to emails as appropriate
Proficiency in English so that emails & letters are well made and effectively crafted.
Organize and coordinate the day-to-day schedule including appointments, meetings (Internal & External)
Coordinating travel plans for CEO
Maintain the electronic and paper files and ensure they are updated regularly.
Proofreading and editing documents (emails, letter writings etc.)
Taking minutes at meetings and distributing formal copies to the attendees afterward
Assisting with special projects if needed
Other duties as assigned by the Top Management.
Proficiency in shorthand is a Plus.
