AR Interprizes is seeking a reliable and diligent Driver & Factory Labour to join our team. This role involves the safe and efficient operation of light and heavy transport vehicles, ensuring timely deliveries and adherence to safety guidelines. The driver must have at least two years of experience driving light transport vehicles (LTV) and heavy transport vehicles (HTV). In addition, the labour responsibilities include assisting with various factory tasks such as helping, packing, and supporting the production process to maintain smooth operations. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong teamwork skills, a commitment to safety, and the flexibility to switch between driving and labour tasks as needed. This position requires a dependable individual who works well under supervision, adheres to company policies, and supports the overall efficiency of the factory environment. While this role does not involve team management, strong communication and cooperation with colleagues are essential for success.
Responsibilities

  • Operate light transport vehicles (LTV) and heavy transport vehicles (HTV) safely and responsibly, following all traffic rules and company safety protocols.
  • Ensure timely delivery and pick-up of goods, maintaining vehicle condition and reporting any mechanical issues promptly.
  • Assist in loading and unloading vehicles while ensuring the secure handling of goods to prevent damage.
  • Support factory operations through various labour tasks, including helping, packing, and organizing materials as directed by supervisors.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in work areas to comply with safety and hygiene standards.
  • Coordinate with team members to complete daily production and delivery targets efficiently.
  • Report any workplace hazards, safety concerns, or incidents to relevant personnel immediately.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures related to driving and factory labour activities.
  • Handle basic maintenance checks on vehicles, such as fuel levels, tire pressure, and oil checks, to ensure operational readiness.
  • Assist with other tasks as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a positive attitude in a dynamic work environment.
