We are looking for a Coordinator. The coordinator has to make sure all the needs of the students are being taken care of.
Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain student files and database records.
- To maintain relevant noticeboards for Exam timetables, Events, Projects and Academic success.
- Participate in Attendance monitoring system and control absenteeism.
- Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with students.
- Responding to student queries within required timeframes and updating student records accordingly. Following up with the students
- Providing technical and administrative support as needed to students in the use of the student portal.
- Manage and Coordinates with student regarding student activities, workshop and seminar.
- Managing floor on given time slot.
- Handling other task given by Center Manager. or Center Academic Head
Requirements:
- Should have strong relationship building skills.
- Excellent administrative and organisational skills
- Service oriented with excellent communication skills
- Ability to follow procedures and to keep track of multiple tasks
- Minimum Bacherlors' from reputed university/institute
- Must be able to handle pressure well
- Advanced Excel
- Must have analytical skills
- Must be good at report writing
